Common Questions

Service catalog FAQ.

A few questions we hear most often when prospective clients are mapping work to the right service.

Do you handle both inspection and abatement, or just one?
Both. Envirex holds NYS licenses on the assessor and contractor sides. When a project requires independent oversight of remediation, we observe Article 32 separation and bring in a partner assessor or contractor as appropriate.
Can you scope a multi-building program?
Yes. We run portfolio-wide inspection and compliance programs for owners and managing agents. Pricing is structured per-unit with volume terms, and reporting is consolidated for the portfolio principal.
How do you price?
Most engagements are quoted fixed-fee, line-itemed by scope. Hourly billing only applies to expert-witness, on-site oversight and litigation support. Lab fees are not marked up.
Can I order one service or do I need a bundle?
Either. A single lead survey is a fine engagement; so is a multi-phase program with assessment, abatement, clearance and HPD filing. We size the scope to the building.
